Energy Technology
Energy Technology is a one-year certificate program designed for individuals planning a career in the power generation industry. Students will receive instruction in the safe operation of electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, steam plant systems, and the components used in the generation, distribution and transmission of electricity.
Graduates of this program will receive a Wenatchee Valley College certificate, which can help them be more competitive in gaining entry into a utilities apprenticeship program. To learn more, contact the WVC Workforce counselor at 509.682.6847.
