Who We Are The Wenatchee Valley College Foundation was incorporated in 1973 for the purpose of encouraging, promoting and supporting educational programs and scholarly pursuits in connection with Wenatchee Valley College. The foundation is a not-for-profit corporation organized under Washington law and is fiscally and organizationally separate from the college district.
