Professional Development Opportunities for Classified & Exempt Employees

The WVC Foundation recently set aside $15,000 for classified and exempt employee professional development.  This fund will cover things like conference registrations, outside training opportunities and contribution to the college as a whole.  Employees will submit applications quarterly (deadline will be the 30th working day of the quarter) and a peer committee will review and decide how much to grant to applicants.  The normal approval process will still need to take place for any conference attendance and/or travel (supervisor approval etc.)  See HR Forms for the application form.
