200.150 COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION POLICY
College facilities may not be used for commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotional activities except when such activities clearly serve educational objectives or college district communities and so long as such use does not interfere with or operate to the detriment of the conduct of college affairs or the free flow of traffic.
The college maintains the right at all times to judge each activity separately, and such decisions shall be made by the chief officer of administrative services or designee.
In compliance with RCW 42.17.260(6), state agencies are prohibited from giving, selling or providing access to lists of individuals for commercial purposes.
