Wilma Cartagena
Appointed February 2020. Wilma Cartagena is a Civil Rights Investigator with the Washington State Human Rights
                              Commission. Wilma has a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Human
                              Resources with emphasis in Employee Relations and Development.  She is active in the
                              community addressing social justice issues in the Latinx Community.  She is a Board
                              Member of the North Central Washington Hispanic Chamber, Board Chair for the Club
                              de Latinas de Spokane, member of Community for the Advancement of Family Education
                              (CAFÉ) and a former Board Member of the Wenatchee Valley College Foundation and past
                              President of the NCW Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Cartagena is originally from
                              Puerto Rico, and lived in Spokane for 15 years prior to her move to Wenatchee.
