Interference with Operations

200.145 INTERFERENCE WITH OPERATIONS POLICY

In circumstances that interfere materially and substantially with the orderly operation of the college or with the rights of students, faculty, staff, and guests, the president or his/her designee may determine any legal course of action which in his/her judgment would expedite a return to normal operations, including cancelling events and closing facilities.
