Admission/Registration Services

Admission and Registration has information about college admissions, class registration, student records, transcript evaluations, and credential evaluations.


Basic Needs for Students

The Student Benefits Navigator is available to connect students to campus and community resources for basic needs such as childcare services, clothing, transportation, housing, food, and mental/physical health services. They can also support the access and completion of Financial Aid applications and connect eligible students to different grants offered through Wenatchee Valley College.


Bookstore

At eCampus, WVC's online bookstore, you can purchase or rent the books that you need for your classes.


CAMP

CAMP (College Assistance Migrant Program) is a federally funded* program designed to help students from migrant/seasonal farmworking backgrounds during their first year of college.


Career Services/Student Employment

The WVC Student Employment office provides work study information and resources, career resources, internship opportunities, off-campus opportunities, résumé and cover letter support.

Financial Aid/Scholarships

The Financial Aid Office at Wenatchee Valley College is available to assist students in applying for all types of financial assistance, including grants, work study opportunities, veteran benefits, scholarships, and student loans. 


First Year Experience/Educational Planning

At WVC, there are faculty advisers, educational planners, and counselors available to help you pursue your educational goals. 


Food pantries (Wenatchee and Omak)

The mission of the Knights Kupboard food pantries on the Wenatchee and Omak campuses is to provide assistance to students who lack food and other necessities due to financial hardship.


IT Help Desk

For all things technology related, contact IT, including activating your ctcLink account, resetting your student password, logging in to WVC technology, accessing your student email, and more.


Libraries (Wenatchee and Omak)

Search our collection of articles, books, and videos as well as research assistance. NOTE: Winter quarter library holds for outstanding materials checked out from WVC libraries have been removed to ensure students can register for classes and receive transcripts.

General information about online classes including frequently asked questions about Canvas, WVC’s online learning management system.


MESA

The Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) Program advocates for education, equity, and access in science, mathematics and engineering. MESA offers academic and professional support services to qualifying students who intend to transfer to four-year universities in pursuit of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) majors.


Student Access Services

The Student Access Services (SAS) office provides accommodations, guidance and advocacy for students with disabilities. Students can learn more about requesting accommodations by visiting the SAS webpage. 


TRiO Student Support Services

TRIO Student Support Services at Wenatchee Valley College provides academic and other support services to over 400 students. We helps students persist, graduate, and transfer to a four-year institution.  WVC's TRIO SSS team provides individualized support to 140 participants every academic year.


Tutoring

Wenatchee Valley College offers in-person and online tutoring services to provide supplemental, instructional support for all WVC students. These services are available free of charge for all WVC students currently enrolled in classes, regardless of the number of credits, academic program, or academic degree.

STEM Tutoring Center

Wenatchee Valley College offers free, drop-in, in-person and online tutoring to all WVC students taking math and science courses.  Ask your instructor for your STEM Center Canvas link.  Email the program manager at jbrowning@wvc.edu for more information or visit the Tutoring Center webpage.

WriteLab

The WriteLab provides English tutoring services to WVC students for all kinds of writing assignments, documents, and applications. Tutors can help you with planning, revising, or formatting your writing. The WriteLab offers in-person, online, and Zoom options each quarter.

Languages and Communications Lab

The Languages and Communication Lab (LCL) in Mish ee twie provides tutoring services to WVC students in World Languages and Communications Studies as well as a place to study. Tutors can help you with your Spanish, Japanese or ASL homework, speech preparation and can teach you how to use the language-learning tools at your disposal. Each quarter, the LCL offers in-person tutoring, with the potential for Zoom meetings as well.

WVC Veterans Services is honored and committed to successfully supporting the educational needs of our       military-connected students.
