Knights baseball heading to NWAACC Baseball Regional Playoffs

The Wenatchee Valley College Knights baseball team is ranked fourth in the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) East Region and will be playing in the 2013 NWAACC Baseball Regional Playoffs in Ontario, Ore., May 17 to 19.

The Knights will play their first game against Treasure Valley Community College on Friday, May 17, at 1 p.m. at the Elks Memorial Field.

In the East Region, the regional playoffs determine the two teams that will advance to the 2013 NWAACC Baseball Championship in Longview on May 23 to 27. Treasure Valley Community College is hosting the East Region Playoffs.

The Knights have a 21-19 overall record. They played their last game against Columbia Basin on May 11.
