The Wenatchee Valley College Alumni Association will host its third quarterly alumni networking social on Tuesday, May 13, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Sticks House of Cigars, 527 N. Piere St., Wenatchee (behind Columbia Valley Brewing). All WVC alumni are invited to attend this free event.
The quarterly networking socials are designed to provide WVC graduates an opportunity to network and build connections with each other, and to stay connected to WVC after they graduate. Alumni are encouraged to bring business cards to share.
Food will be provided by Tastebuds Coffee and Wine, owned by WVC alumna Alisa Strutzel. Dan Findlay will give a musical performance. Findlay is a local, private music instructor who mixes original music with cover songs from many different genres.
Seating is available inside and outside; cigars may be purchased and smoked in an outdoor smoking area.
As WVC approaches its 75th anniversary, the WVC Alumni Association encourages alumni to submit updates via the online alumni form at www.wvc.edu/alumni, and connect with each other and the college through the WVC Alumni Association Facebook page at www.facebook.com/WVCAlumni or through the WVC Alumni group on Linkedin.com.
