Harvest Time Concert at WVC Nov. 9

Celebrate the season of harvest with the Wenatchee Valley College Chamber Singers and Columbia Chorale at the Harvest Time Concert on Sunday, Nov. 9, at 3 p.m. in The Grove Recital Hall, Music and Art Center, Wenatchee campus.

Admission is $5 per person and $10 per family. Proceeds will benefit the WVC Choir Assistance Fund, which is used to help pay for music, uniforms and travel expenses.

The concert will include Columbia Chorale performances of Jubilate Deo by Benjamin Britten, Agnus Dei by Edward Elgar (arranged by Kenneth Jennings) and Gaudete! by Mark Burrows. The choir and chorale will give combined performances of Rejoice! by Parker and Iwaasa, and O Clap Your Hands by Vaughan Williams.

The WVC Chamber Singers will give seasonal performances throughout the year as part of the WVC 75th anniversary celebration. For concert dates, visit www.wvc.edu/75.
