WVC Student Services are virtual through end of January
Due to the highly contagious Omicron variant, Wenatchee Valley College student services will be operating virtually beginning Jan. 14 through the end of January. Many in-person and hybrid classes will
remain face-to-face. Students should reach out to their instructors with any questions
concerning classes.
Virtual Assistance
Most student services departments are available via phone, email and virtual assistance. WVC staff are offering live help through Zoom virtual assistance in the following areas:
- educational planning
- financial aid
- veterans
- registration and admissions
- counseling
- IT and ctcLink support
- workforce grants
- and more.
Visit the virtual assistance page for hours and contact information (wvc.edu/VA).
Operating virtually
In addition, campus life, College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) and TRIO Student Support Services are operating virtually. Students can contact these programs directly to set up virtual
appointments.
The Student Recreation Center is closed at this time, however, they offer many virtual health and fitness options.
Libraries, Running Start and MESA
WVC libraries on both campuses remain open for students only. Both the Running Start and MESA programs remain open for in-person services.
Curbside services
The bookstore is available for curbside pick-up.
COVID-19 prevention
Please remember that anyone visiting either campus is required to wear a mask, social distance and stay home if sick. View the WVC Public Health page for up-to-date information on COVID-19 safety and prevention.
