Knights Golf Classic

Knights Golf Classic Tournament rescheduled for Oct. 5

The 17th Annual Knights Golf Classic Tournament has been rescheduled for Friday, Oct. 5, at the Highlander Golf Club in East Wenatchee.

Registration begins at noon and the four-person loaded scramble tees off at 1:30 p.m. A social hour, dinner, awards and a raffle immediately follow the conclusion of the tournament.

Participants may register individually or as a foursome. The individual package costs $125 and includes a golf cart, tournament gift bag and soft drinks provided by Pepsi-Cola of Wenatchee, all green fees including the cart, and dinner catered by the Highlander. The Silver Package for a group of four costs $600 and includes a sponsorship sign with company name and logo at the tee or green, two golf carts, a tournament gift bag and soft drinks provided by Pepsi-Cola of Wenatchee, all green fees including carts, and dinner catered by the Highlander.

First-, second- and third-place winners will receive gift certificates from the Highlander pro shop. Prizes will also be awarded for longest men’s and women’s drive, KPs and top teams.

The golf tournament was originally scheduled for Monday, Sept. 17, but was cancelled due to poor air quality.
