Ceramics artist Barry Crutchfield will give demonstrations of the production throwing process on Wednesday, April 27, at 1 and 6 p.m. in the ceramics studio, Wells Hall, at Wenatchee Valley College. This free event is open to the public.

Crutchfield began making his living as a potter in the early seventies in California before he opened his own studio in 1980. His specialty is handmade functional and decorative pottery. Production throwers are often able to complete a large amount of work in a short amount of time. His studio, Crutchfield Pottery, is located in Cashmere.
