560.100 FACULTY TENURE AND DISMISSAL POLICY
It is the policy of the board of trustees of Washington Community College District
No. 15 that all matters relating to tenure and dismissals of academic employees shall
be governed by the laws of the state of Washington and the terms of the negotiated
agreement between the board and the duly elected academic employee bargaining agent
as contained in that agreement.
