Departments are to contact Facilities through a Work Order request to initiate purchases. A prior authorization for “Space Use” might be required before contacting Facilities for purchases of the following commodities:

• Carpeting
• Floor Coverings
• Window Coverings
• Painting
• Walls
• Furniture requiring connections to the building or building utilities
