There are two types of licenses:

• Basic - Always Free - With 3 or more participants, this license is limited to 40 minutes
• Pro - Free through SBCTC - unlimited time with up to 100 participants

For those using Zoom for instruction, please follow these instructions:

• If you already have a Zoom license and are unsure whether it is a Pro, or would like it to be a Pro license:
• Email helpdesk@wvc.edu and request an upgrade to a Pro license.
• If you do not have a Zoom License and would like one
• Navigate to https://wvc.zoom.us
• Click Sign In - This process will create a Basic license in our WVC zoom user pool.
• Once you have completed the sign-up process, email helpdesk@wvc.edu and request that your license be upgraded to Pro.
