TUITION DUE:   Monday, June 14, 2021

Tuition Due: June 14, 2021. If your financial aid has not yet been awarded, is not in an open status, or there is a block on your account, you must make arrangements to pay.  You can set up a payment plan with the cashiers office.  Check the Financial Aid Management (FAM) Student Portal for quick access to your financial aid information.

Disbursements:  We will begin paying tuition/fee charges sometime during the week prior to the start of the quarter.  Remaining funds are disbursed through BankMobile. Disbursement of remaining funds typically begins one day prior to the start of the quarter, so most students will receive their remaining funds the first week of the quarter.  Make sure you have chosen your disbursement preference in BankMobile.

*The SUMMER WORKSHEET is available the first day of Summer registration.  If you have been receiving financial aid this year, you were most likely not awarded for summer.  Please visit our Forms webpage for information on Summer financial aid and submit the Summer worksheet  to avoid a delay in receiving your funds. *

You must have information from your tax return in order to file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®).

The IRS tax Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) used to access your tax information for the FAFSA is currently unavailable from the IRS.

This does not limit an individual’s ability to apply for aid. Applicants can manually provide their tax return information.  The online FAFSA application remains operational, and applicants can continue filing the FAFSA as they normally would by providing the tax information manually.

Getting Your Tax Return Information for the FAFSA

2020 -21 FAFSA: use data from 2018 tax returns.
2021 -22 FAFSA: use data from 2019 tax returns.

You should always retain a copy of your tax return, either electronically or on paper, and keep it in a secure place.

If you did not keep a copy of your tax return, here are some options:

  1. Access the tax software product you used to prepare and file your tax return.  You may be able to access your account to download/print a copy.

  2. Contact the tax preparer/provider who filed your return if you used a tax professional.

  3. Download your tax transcript (a summary) at Get Transcript Online.  Review the rigorous identity authentication requirements for Secure Access before attempting to register.

  4. Use Get Transcript by Mail and a transcript will be mailed to the address on your return within five to 10 days.

  5. Call our automated line at 800-908-9946 to order a transcript by mail.
If you filed an amended tax return, Form 1040X, you should use the adjusted gross income and earned income listed on your revised tax return.
