Wenatchee Valley College contracts with BankMobile to provide disbursement of Financial Aid funds, including the option of direct deposit to a bank account.
Wenatchee Valley College (WVC) has partnered with BankMobile to deliver your remaining financial aid funds after your tuition and fees have been paid.
For students on financial aid, each quarter, we first pay any tuition and fees that you may owe to the college. If there is a remaining balance, also referred to as a financial aid refund, BankMobile will send it to you according to the refund selection you choose.
After we load your financial aid information into our system, a BankMobile refund selection kit will be sent to you in the US Mail (note: this process begins in mid-July for the upcoming year, but happens immediately upon receipt of current year applications). The envelope contains information you will need to setup how you would like to receive your refunds while you are attending Wenatchee Valley College. Once you receive this selection kit, you must go online and choose the way you would like to receive your financial aid refunds.

*Important Reminder*: BankMobile Refund Selection Kits will be mailed to you via US postal service. Neither WVC nor BankMobile will ever initiate a phone call to you to ask for your account information or social security number or to set you up for Direct Deposit. WVC advises that you NEVER give out your bank account or other personal information over the phone on an unsolicited call.

Look for the bright green envelope
Your personal refund code will be in the Refund Selection Kit.
Students who have completed all the required steps for your financial aid file, and are eligible for Financial Aid (Grant’s, Student Loans, Scholarships, etc.) will be sent a BankMobile Refund Selection Kit. (note: kits for the upcoming year new students will be sent mid-July)
The kit, which is in a bright green envelope, will be sent by U.S. mail to the address on file with the WVC Admissions Office. Students should make sure that their information (address, phone number, e-mail, etc.) is correct on the MyWVC portal. Do not discard your personal refund code contained in the Refund Selection Kit.
The WVC BankMobile Enrollment Packet is the key to selecting your preference of how
you would like to receive your refund. Go to RefundSelection.com and click the “GET STARTED” button on the top right-side of the page. Follow the
instruction with the packet.
NOTE: If you do not select a preference, a paper check will automatically be mailed to the address on file 21 days after the funds are sent to BankMobile Vibe.
1 - Have refund transferred to your existing checking or savings account via ACH wire. (usually available 2-3 business days from date funds are released to BankMobile)
2 - BankMobile Vibe Checking account/Debit card (available same day funds are released to BankMobile) BankMobile Vibe is an FDIC insured checking account with no minimum balance and no monthly fees (standard checking account charges and fees apply) and includes internet banking. For additional information use the attached link to see the associate fee schedule.
3 - Paper Check sent via the U.S. Postal Service to your address on file with Wenatchee Valley College’s Admissions Office. There is no charge for receiving your refund/disbursement this way. Approximate time to receive your mailed check will be 5-7 days from date that WVC releases the funds to BankMobile.

If you have not received your packet, or you lost your packet prior to activating it, contact the Financial Aid Office.
If you have already activated your card, and cannot find it, contact BankMobile to report it lost or stolen. You can log into your account at https://bankmobilevibe.com or contact BankMobile support at 877-327-9515.

Log in with your email and password. From the main menu, select “Refunds” then “Refund Preference”.
If you have your financial aid refund deposited to a bank account other than BankMobile, you will access your funds in the usual way. The information below is for those with a BankMobile checking account.

ATM Access: You can use your BankMobile Debit Mastercard to withdraw cash without a foreign ATM fee at any of the Allpoint Network ATMs. Go to Allpointnetwork.com for locations.
